Children, ages 6-10, are invited to the Norrisville Seventh-day Adventist Church at 2 pm on Sunday, November 19th to create a 2024 Calendar that features their artwork each month. They will use their handprints and drawings to illustrate a calendar for the New Year. It is a wonderful gift-giving idea and a perfect memento of your child's artwork.
Registration is at calendarchild@yahoo.com. You can also text the teacher, Rebecca Ponder at (410) 900-8275. When registering your child, please use the child's first name and age. Class size is limited to 12. The class is from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. Parents may stay with their children for the activity, or drop them off and return. This is a free actvity, and all supplies are included.
Says the teacher, Rebecca: "I have led several children's groups through this Handprint Calendar activity. Each of the groups of children really seemed to enjoy themselves, and the calendars that were made by the children were attractive."
